I highly recommend this fitness retreat! Rhonda does an excellent job of tailoring each activity to the individual and making sure you get a good workout all the while having fun. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional in her approach.


I keep going back! I am a frequent fitness flyer on Rhonda’s annual fitness trip. These trips are so well organized, fun, and are testaments to Rhonda’s commitment to a healthy and fulfilling life.  Rhonda’s plans come together so well, and that includes the adventures she coordinates outside of the intense but fun fitness mornings.  Rhonda is a fountain of knowledge concerning fitness and training, and I will always remain a huge fan. These trips are memorable and filled with fun!


I have been attending Rhonda’s retreat for several years as well as have her as a trainer the rest of the year.
She always makes sure that her program is suited for every student whether they are are strong or weak , young or older.As a result,
