DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

We're here to guide you through each of the fitness components, so you don't need any prior experience in yoga, hiking, or core strengthening.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Denver International Airport is a 45 minute drive from Boulder. You won't need a car once you're here, so you might want to Uber/Lyft or take the RTD bus from the airport right into Boulder.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

A $1,200 deposit per person is required at the time of registration to guarantee your reservation. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee. Deposits for reservations cancelled 11-29 days prior to arrival will be held as a credit toward a new stay booked at the applicable rate. If a cancellation is made 1-10 days prior to your arrival, you agree that your entire $1,200 deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for early departure.

Absolutely! Come and meet some fabulous like-minded women!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

September in Colorado can be the most beautiful time of the year. You will definitely want to bring layers as it will likely be a crisp start to the day, warm in the sunshine, and cool at night. The sun is powerful at this altitude, so you should bring some form of sunscreen (or hats/SPF sleeves). We will have yoga mats available for use, or you can bring your own. You'll want comfortable lightweight hiking shoes, and hiking poles if you like. We'll send out a more comprehensive list a few months prior to the event.
